We have blocked 60 rooms within the Caesars Hotel Chain on the Las Vegas Strip.   We have blocked 30 rooms at Harrah's and 30 rooms at the Horseshoe.  First come first serve.   

The prices for the hotels and the information is below.    You can call to make your reservations OR you can use the link below to make your reservations.  A deposit for the first night is due when you book.  The balance is due when you check in.  You may cancel your reservation with a FULL refund 72 hours before check-in or you forfeit your initial deposit.

If you have more than 2 people in your room.  ONLY put 2 people.  They will charge for extra people.  The rooms hold 4 so don't worry about it.   The links are the circle above the name of the hotel below.  If you decide not to come and you have booked a room, please cancel your room to allow for someone else to book.  Don't wait until 72 hours before to cancel.  Our registration cut off is June 16, 2026.  Meaning after June 16, the prices below will be gone and any remaining rooms in our block will be released.
